While all the family on the West Coast were attending the worldwide premier of Lincoln's new feature film "The Link", his cousins on the East Coast were spending a nice end-of-the-summer day on North Miami Beach.

Nathan didn't seem to mind when Julia turned him into a voluptuous "Merman"...

...until the waves almost washed him away!!!

Dante (AKA "The Fuzz" or "Mini-FOF") loved playing in the sand...

...and even eating a little!!!

The Kidfather

The Kidfather Premiere This Weekend!

This 4th of July weekend I'll be showing the Kidfather video we shot a while ago. The kids have eagerly been waiting to see it, and no better time than this weekend when almost everyone will be together.

Yankees Dodgers Game

Dad and I went to the Yankees vs. Dodgers game on Sunday. The Dodgers were up 6-2 going into the 9th inning and ended up blowing the game and losing 8-6 in 10 innings.

Dad and I ,however, had a great time! This was a present Nathan and I got Dad for Father's day - a seven game dodgers pack for the season. Dad is excited to go to some more games, and best of all, eat Tommy's burger before every game!

Dante At 4 Months

Dante is super sweet, and smiling so much now (much more than Nathan did at this age), it's contagious. He's very calm, very "peace + love", sometimes we forget he's in the same room. As you can see, he's a little chubber, all from Mommy's milk.

Nathan is usually very loving to his little brother, and always wants to around him. But he doesn't understand that he can't eat yet and is always trying to go him snacks (Cheerios) and drinks (his bottle). He gives him lots of hugs, "high fives" and "bumps", but sometimes, he pokes him in the eye, and others, he drags him around by the legs (video coming of this). Dante usually just smiles and goes along for the ride (except when the poking happens).

They're going to be great friends.

Nathan StarStuck

You read that right, or did you? It's Star-Stuck, not StarStruck or StarBucks. They should add the word to Wikipedia. Brad and family will surely relate.

Nathan accompanied me as usual to the grocery store and there he found a bowl of Starburst at the Customer Service counter. It said "Help March of Dimes - 3 pieces for 25 cents". Of course Lil' Fof reached up and grabbed one without depositing a quarter and tried to unwrap it. He couldn't quite get it, and was ready to put it into his mouth half unwrapped, so I helped him. I was glad he'd found something that would keep him occupied for awhile, instead of his usual running around and throwing everything he can get his hands on into the cart and pulling the coupons from the automatic dispensers.

A few minutes later at the Deli department he tugged on my arm, and mumbled "Papai! Papai!" in a surprized and worried tone. He opened his mouth wide for me to see the problem. He had gotten himself into an unfamiliar predicament - the sticky candy was stuck all over his front lower teeth and he didn't know what to do!

I reassured him that it was "Okay", and slowly he figured it out...

So cute, so naïve. Learn something every day. Some things more important than others.

Three Pics Of Lil' FOF!

1. In the first photo, the Mini Fof (Dante) was only about a week old. He looks like Mr. Magoo. Look how happy his older brother (who looks like Gilligan) is to have him!

2. Times are tough. We put Nathan to work as a gardener to help out.

3. We went to Babies ‘R Us and Nathan picked up on a little Brazilian girl, and took her for a ride in his little orange car. Man they start young these days! (I was referring to driving of course).

Hey Family!

Only Gramanita has met this little guy, so I thought I'd send a quick pic to
the rest of you. It was taken with Bianca's cell phone last week, so it's
not the best resolution, but oh so cute! He's a little over 2 months old in
the photo. He still has blue eyes, light peach-fuzz hair, sort of reddish,
and has got very chubby on mommy's milk (every two hours!).
